‘Amazing’ benefits of Uster Quality Expert

With extensive facilities for open-end, ring and compact spinning, Narteks Tekstil is located in Kahramanmaraş, Turkey, which has been the company’s major production and management hub since 1950.

Its Central Campus houses manufacturing of combed and carded yarns through both compact and conventional ring spinning methods, as well as knitted fabric mills, on a site of 90,000 m². At the Türkoğlu Industry 4.0 Campus, the company has created Turkey’s most modern openend spinning mill. An area of 50,000 m² employs Industry 4.0 technological infrastructure at every stage of production, with a high-quality focus. This special mill has also become a reference point for the sector with its sustainability norms.

Says General Manager Mr. Yılmaz Can: We have become a source of inspiration for the sector with our activities in the field of water and energy efficiency. We purify the water we use in our organization with the ‘Zero Loss Principle’, offering some of it to agricultural irrigation in our region, and some to fire department use. The rest is reused in our facility, providing more benefits with the same amount of water.”
